Calling all Groundup Leaders

Intake 2 of the Groundbreakers Leadership Programme is now open!  

We know it’s hard being a groundup leader. That’s why we have put together an immersive experience curated just for leaders like you. 

Join us from August to November 2025 for a series of interactive masterclasses, reflection sessions, and dialogues, crafted specially to:  

💭 Broaden your insights 

🛠️ Equip you with tools, skills and connections  

✨ Give your groundup that glow up it deserves

This year's programme is curated around four core pillars:

Purpose and Leadership: Articulate your purpose and elevate your groundup with newfound leadership skills

Systems Thinking: Be more cognisant of how your groundup fits into the ecosystem and its potential for lasting social impact

Strategy: Map it out, make it last. Turn bold ideas into a sustainable plan and track the change you’re making

Communications: Take your groundup’s story and impact to the next level

Eligibility criteria:

• Leaders of groundups (founders/co-founders/core team leaders)
• At least one year track record of operating or running initiatives across any social causes
• Minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to meet graduation requirements  

Application period: Wednesday, 25 June to Wednesday, 30 July 2025 

What happens next?

• Our team will review each expression of interest forms and reach out to shortlisted applicants for a friendly chat 😊
• Applicants will be informed of the outcome via email by the week of 4 August
