Expression of interest to be part of Intake 3 of the Groundbreakers Leadership Programme 2026 is open! 

This is a 3-month leadership programme to build a bonded community of groundup leaders, enhancing their leadership and organisational performance.

Happening from May to July 2026 (subject to change), the programme is curated around 4 core pillars:

• Leadership​: Discover & understand your own personal leadership styles to transform your team
• Communications​: Take your groundup’s story and impact to the next level
• Systems Thinking​: Be more cognisant of how your groundup fits into the ecosystem
• Strategy: Develop a roadmap and robust strategy for your groundup’s success

Eligibility criteria:

• Leaders of groundups (founders/co-founders/core team leaders)
• At least one year track record of operating or running initiatives across any social causes
• Minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to meet graduation requirements  

Application period: January to March 2026

What happens next?

• Our team will review each expression of interest forms and reach out to shortlisted applicants for a friendly chat 😊
• Applicants will be informed of the outcome via email in May
• Full programme details and schedule will be released in April
