About The Event

BAGUS MemberGroundup

Got an idea to help your community? Let’s make it real. With Groundup Launchpad, turning that idea into action isn’t as difficult as you think.

This 10-week incubator programme (January to March 2027) is for youths who want to start something new from the ground up. Join a team (or form your own!), learn from seasoned groundup mentors, and carry your project through to implementation.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll take part in curated workshops on:

🎯 Design Sprint: Identify the needs and challenges of your target cause area/audience and how you can curate an innovative solution to fit their needs.

🎬 Publicity: Learn what makes a purposeful story and how to tailor different types of content to suit different channels to get the word out about your groundup

🤝 Volunteer Management: Gain insights from different groundup founders on how to recruit and manage volunteer

📝 Grant Proposal Writing: Curated clinics to sharpen your pitch for funding

Throughout the programme, you’ll also gain:

  • Seasoned groundup mentors who’ve been where you are

  • Exclusive charity partnerships to help your project get real traction
