Sage Impact Initiatives is a team within Sage that supports mission-driven organisations to strengthen their foundations and scale their impact. Drawing on expertise in process engineering, strategy and social innovation, we help founders and leaders of social enterprises design sustainable models, streamline operations and maximise their social outcomes. 

Service offered 

A pro bono 60-minute consultation for GU/CLG/Social Enterprise founders and leaders seeking clarity on strategic, operational or organisational challenges. Sessions may focus on topics such as: 

• Setting up or refining your GU/CLG/social enterprise model
• Strengthening operational systems and processes
• Measuring and enhancing social impact
• Aligning teams and resources for sustainable growth 

Terms and conditions 

• Each groundup/CLG/social enterprise may receive one pro bono consultation session only. 
• The session will be conducted online.
• Session is subject to Consultant’s availability.
• As these sessions are offered pro bono, allocation will be made at the discretion of BAGUS Together and Sage Impact Initiative.
• In the event of any disputes, BAGUS Together’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
