Conference room and Breakout room can be joined to hold up to 30 pax

• Wifi, portable speaker and microphone, central PA system, mobile whiteboard / flipchart holder (paper not provided), air-conditioning, standing fans, 3 sets of low table and chairs suitable for toddlers, wheelchair-friendly toilet

Availability: 

• Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm

• Saturday: 9am-3pm

• Sunday: 9am-4pm

Rates:

• Space will be provided on a pro bono basis, to be used for nonprofit, community-oriented activities only.

Booking:

• Space is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

Expression of interest on use of space must be submitted at least 14 working days prior to the event.

Terms and conditions:

• Groundups are not to bring food to the venue. 

• Shoes must be removed before entering the premise and placed on the shoe rack provided.

• Users are advised to keep air-conditioning at 25°C; standing fans are available for supplementary cooling.

• Tables, chairs, and equipment must be returned to their original positions after use.

• Any spillage must be cleaned up immediately; mops are available on-site.

• Any damage to the space or equipment must be reported immediately to Ismaili CIVIC.

• Costs of repair or replacement may be recovered from the booking party.

• Ismaili CIVIC will not be held liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from use of the space.

• Ismaili CIVIC reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

• In the event of any disputes, BAGUS Together's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
