• Availability: 24 hours, 7 days a week
• Maximum Capacity: Kaleo Event Space (up to 40 seated/55 standing); Kaleo Meeting Space (up to 6 pax)
• Amenities: Kaleo Event Space (Wifi, aircon, microphones and speaker, cargo lift access, external catering is permissible); Kaleo Meeting Room (round table, six chairs, sofa, whiteboard, TV with airplay and google cast, sound treated room, Wifi) 

Rates

• The first two groundups to book the space each month will enjoy pro bono use of the space. 
• For paid bookings, groundups will enjoy an exclusive 20% off the usual rates of $680 (for 4 hours use, inclusive of a $100 refundable deposit). 
• To enjoy the discount, a promo code is required and will be advised by BAGUS Together. 
• On any use of the space, a $100 security deposit apply to all bookings. This is to be made directly to Kaleo. The deposit will be fully refunded on the next working day provided that the space is left clean. If cleaning is required, the deposit will be used to cover the cost. 

Booking

• Space is subject to availability, on a first-come-first-served basis
• Bookings to be made on https://kaleo.paros.sg; each booking comes with a minimum booking duration of four hours.
• Advanced booking is required. Requests must be submitted at least 7 working days prior to the event. 

Terms and conditions 

• Each groundup is limited to one pro bono use per month. Any additional request for pro bono use will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 
• Do clean up the space after each use, otherwise a cleaning fee of $100 will apply. 
• Any damage to equipment will be charged accordingly. 
• In the event of any disputes, BAGUS Together's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained
