• Availability: Monday – Friday: 10am - 6pm; weekday evening or weekend by request
• Maximum Capacity:  up to 24 pax workshop style
• Amenities: small tables (up to 4 pax per table), chairs, sofa, projector, TV, wifi, flip chart 

Rates  

• The first two groundups to book the space each month will enjoy a maximum of 4 hours pro bono use of the space. Thereafter, charges will be based on low bono.
• For paid bookings, the low bono rate is chargeable at $65/hour (u.p $100/hour).
• There will be a surcharge of $60 per booking for usage on evenings and weekends.
• One flipchart will be provided FOC for every booking. Additional flipchart will be charged at $20/unit/day 

 Booking 

• Space is subject to availability, on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Expression of interest on use of space must be submitted at least 10 working days prior to the event. 

Terms and conditions 

• All furniture and equipment must be restored to their original settings and/or placed back in storage after use.
• Please ensure that all equipment (e.g., TV screens, lights, air-conditioning) is switched off after the event.
• No trash should be left behind. All waste must be bagged and disposed off in the black bin located outside the venue (next to the lift) after the event.
• Each groundup is entitled to one pro bono use per month. Any additional requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• In the event of any disputes, BAGUS Together’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
