Availability 

• Tuesday – Wednesday, Friday: 10am – 5pm

Rates

• Space will be provided on a pro bono basis, for up to four hours per booking per groundup.

Booking

• Space booking is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Up to two groundups may use the space each month with a maximum duration of four hours per session.

• Expressions of interest must be submitted at least 10 working days prior to the intended event date.

Terms and conditions

• Each groundup is limited to one pro bono use per month. Any additional requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Priority to be given to groundups who have not booked the space before.

• Food consumption is not permitted within the venue.

• Users are responsible for ensuring the space is returned to its original condition after use.

• In the event of any disputes, BAGUS Together's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
