• Rooms & Capacity: 3,600sqft accommodating up to 120 pax. For workshops where participants are seated in clusters or require more space to move comfortably, the suggested capacity is 80 to 100 pax
• Availability: 8am – 10.30pm daily (including weekends and public holidays) 
• Amenities: Wifi, sound system (speakers), handheld microphones,  folding seminar tables, projector and training chairs with castors and writing tablet.

 Rates (inclusive of setup & teardown time): 

• Groundups: $50/hr  
• Non-Profits, Charities, & Social Enterprises: Weekdays: $100/hr; Weekends: $150/hr 
  (Usual price: weekdays: $200/hr; weekends: $300/hr)

 Booking

• Space is subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis 
• Advanced booking is required. Requests must be submitted at least one month prior to the event/activity.
