• Space: Overlap (Event Space)

• Room Capacity: up to 50 pax (seated) and 70 pax (standing)

• Availability: Monday - Friday: 9am-8pm

• Amenities: Tables, chairs, projector, screen, sound system, WiFi, air-conditioning and 2x wireless microphones

Rates

• Space will be provided on a pro bono basis, for up to four bookings per groundup, capped at four hours per booking.

• Subsequent bookings will be offered at a low bono rate of $200/hour before GST.

Booking

• Space is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Expression of interest on use of space must be submitted at least 10 working days prior to the event.

Terms and conditions

• Light refreshments are allowed; however, no heavy catering unless prior approval is given.

• Users are to ensure that the space is returned and restored to its original condition after use.

• Each groundup is limited to one pro bono use per month. Any additional request for pro bono use will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• In the event of any disputes, BAGUS Together's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
